What can 40 cents buy?

I like this commercial supporting Lazarus Effect, a movement with the (RED) campaign. Watch The Lazarus Effect film directed by Lance Bangs and produced by Spike Jonze.

The cause is dedicated to supplying victims of AIDS with pills that will keep them alive and healthy. The AIDS epidemic is sweeping Africa, killing about 3,600 people per day and leaving at least 14.1 million orphans.

“The Lazarus Effect” references the biblical story of Lazarus who was resurrected four days after his death by Jesus. The term is used to describe the effect of antiretroviral medicine on those living with HIV as the pills, which cost 40 cents a day, allow a person dying from aids to regain their strength within 40 days.
